Chimbori cha Kalwan

Chimbori cha Kalwan,

This dish you can special have only durring monsoon season, its rassa is realy fantastic and your will enjoy each & every biet of you meal. Catching Chimbori is an art & needs lot of guts due to its Sharpen Nangya's, in my childhood i use to go for chimbori hunt along with my friends. we used kharatya chai kadi to put in the chimbori's mudy holes and then it would come out and we would catch its nagaya & brake it. thus it would be brought to one of our friends house where his mother shall cook the Chimbori and we shall have the meal. - Chimbori's rassa takes out all you cold and cough its very tasty.

So lets plan one day for the party special chimbori.

Regards,
Ninad

Biradh

Hi Friends,
I thought of creating blogger site and was running my head thinking what would be a name. Then I came to know what people called a fact "Thinking , is such a waste of time". Wanted to have a title which will suit you all. This is where we start thinking of our cast and religion. Being a CKP I thought of giving a name which will easily identify a CKP out from a crowd. And thats nothing but "Biradh!!!!!"
Yes, biradh. I remember my mom dad recently went to Panshet just for getting good quality Kadave Vaal. And then next day we had "Biradh!!!"
Well, in preparation of Biradh we need to remove covers of Vaal and normally it takes 15 minutes to 1 hour. The act of removing covers is very social as housewives discuss many Kyunki, Kahani... K types issues of their own and thier neighbours.
Eating Biradh and that to having knowledge of its consequences next day is also an art. During meal specially elder in family tell thousands and millions times "Biradh is symbol of CKPsm!"
Their is exception in each and every thing. And I think I am exception to the CKPians that I am only CKP who doesn't like Biradh. But still I had numerous encounters with this Biradh. Everytime I go to my relatives, I found themselves in removing covers of Vaal.
A healthy advice to all CKPs, please have less Biradh in Monsoon season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
